ChatGPT prompts for branding: how to write one by archetype

A brand-building prompt template and three voice examples by archetype: La Curandera, La Soberana and La Rebelde. Copy it and adapt it to your brand.

A branding prompt works when it carries brand decisions. The ones circulating online are lists of phrases that give similar results to anyone. The difference is how much of your brand you hand the AI before asking for the task.

This article gives you a base template and three examples of how it changes by archetype.

The base template

Copy this and fill in the brackets:

Act as a brand strategist and copywriter. My brand: [what you do and for whom]. My Primary archetype is [archetype] and my Supporting one is [archetype]. My voice is [three traits]. Words I use: [list]. Words I never use: [list]. My ideal client: [description]. Task: [for example, three captions announcing my next session]. Rules: short sentences, no clichés, no exclamation marks and no exaggerated promises.

Every part closes a door to the generic. The archetype gives emotional direction, the word lists give limits and the final rules prevent the typical habits of AI.

How the prompt changes by archetype

The archetype defines the tone. These are voice traits you can paste into the template, taken from the free toolkits.

La Curandera (The Healer). A deep, sensitive, containing voice. She speaks from the heart, with pauses and words of emotional weight, with metaphors from nature or natural medicine. A soft, meditative rhythm. In the prompt: “deep and containing voice, nature metaphors, slow rhythm”.

La Soberana (The Sovereign). Formal yet warm, with clear direction. Firm statements and phrases that convey vision and control. In the prompt: “formal and warm voice, clear statements, strategic silences, no detours”.

La Rebelde (The Rebel). Direct, powerful and unfiltered. Language of impact that invites action and does not fear controversy. In the prompt: “direct, unfiltered voice, short sentences that invite action”.

With the same request (“write a text announcing my next session”), the three results do not resemble each other. That is what you are after.

A review prompt

After you receive the text, ask for a second pass:

Review this text against my voice. Flag every sentence that sounds generic or uses a word from my list of words I never use. Rewrite only those sentences.

The missing step

To complete the template you need to know your archetypes. The archetype quiz reveals them in about six minutes and it is free.

If you would rather have a system already built, The Clarity Codex, part of The Brandifesting Blueprint, gathers prompts calibrated with your archetypes and your positioning. You write them once with your decisions and use them every time.
